News Year 9 and 10 Production of ‘The Wardrobe’ by Sam Holcroft 09.07.2021

This half term a small cast of girls from Year 9 and 10 have been rehearsing for ‘The Wardrobe’, ‘A gripping journey through British history that shows how our country was shaped and how connected we are with our past’. The play is set inside an old wardrobe, with each scene set in a different period of its turbulent history, from the 15th century to the present day.

Students were able to rehearse in their year-group bubbles whilst retaining a sense of collaboration and performances were recorded and uploaded to our Soundcloud page where parents could stream the play in its entirety for three days under the terms of our licensing agreement with Nick Hern books.
