News Year 8 biologists visit London Zoo 27.06.2024

Last week, Year 8 biologists visited London Zoo to complement the work they have been doing in class on conservation.

The girls had previously worked in groups to research critically endangered species such as Patula Snails or the Philippine Crocodile. As they walked around the Zoo, each group had an opportunity to give a presentation on their research with the animal in question in the enclosure nearby. The girls visited the new Reptile House and were also able to consider how zoos have changed to accommodate and care for animals.
