News Year 11 Students Take Design to New Dimensions with VR Workshop 03.10.2024

Last Friday, Year 11 Design and Technology students took part in an innovative workshop with Gravity Sketch, a company known for its expertise in design communication within virtual reality (VR) environments. The workshop provided students the opportunity to use VR technology to sketch and model design ideas for their NEA contextual challenge, making it an exciting hands-on experience.

The session marked a new direction for both Gravity Sketch and the school, highlighting how emerging technology can be incorporated into design education. The students were able to explore their creativity and refine their visualisation skills using cutting-edge tools, gaining valuable insight into how professionals approach design challenges.
