News Working Lunch with Gizem Weggemans 11.03.2022

Coinciding with National Careers Week, we heard from current Godolphin parent and management consultant Gizem Weggemans at the latest in our Futures Working Lunches.

Gizem currently leads Egon Zehnder’s HR Officers Practice globally, focusing on succession projects at the senior level across the Cosumer, Consumer Health, Hospitality/Travel and Services space. She spoke about her educational and career journey that has included work in Turkey, the US, Brazil, Costa Rica and London – including how her career began as a Research Analyst with the Overseas Development Council before she later worked as a consultant with the World Bank in Washington DC. She had inspirational advice for students on the four pillars of leadership: curiosity, insight, engagement and determination.
