News Winter Jam 2022 24.11.2022

With winter closing in quickly around us, the Music department hosted its Winter Jam which showcased some of the best bands, duos and solo performers that Godolphin has to offer.

Students from all years came together to perform a plethora of songs from a number of iconic artists – from Chis Isaak’s ‘Wicked Game’ to Fugees’ ‘Killing Me Softly’ – in a variety of styles and genres. The show also featured plenty of original compositions written by the students themselves, with pieces from burgeoning Sixth Form musical talent Lexie Carroll (fresh from the release of her latest single on Spotify) and Godolphin band SLBS.

We look forward to continuing our winter festivities through our upcoming concerts and Carol Service, and are excited to continue showcasing our bands, duo and solo performers after Christmas with the return of the Spring Jam.
