News Winter Jam 03.12.2021

The Music department kicked off December with its inaugural Winter Jam which showcased some of the best bands, duos and solo performers that Godolphin has to offer.

Students from all years came together to perform a plethora of songs from a number of iconic artists – from Etta James to Bob Dylan – in a variety of styles and genres. Some of Wednesday’s performances included popular Christmas songs such as Let It Snow, Jingle Bell Rock (performed by Godolphin band SLBS), and Wham’s Last Christmas. Those in attendance were also treated to some original compositions written by the students themselves.

We look forward to continuing our winter festivities through our upcoming concerts and Carol Service and, given its success, establishing the Winter Jam as an annual event.
