News Virtual Tour of the UK Supreme Court 21.05.2021

Members of the Godolphin and Latymer Law Society were treated to a virtual tour of the UK Supreme Court and were given unique insight into the overall operation of the Supreme Court.

The society’s Lower Sixth co-founders, Dilia – who recently received a commendation for her essay in the UK Supreme Court student writing competition  – and Lauren arranged the virtual tour which saw students explore the three Court Rooms, the Law Library and event spaces – the Lawyers’ Suite and Lobby Area.

It was met with great enthusiasm, and was a unique opportunity for members to gain an insight into the overall operation of the Supreme Court, ‘Women In Law’, as well as learning about several cases of national importance.
