News Sixth Formers find their Inner Drive 26.11.2021
On Tuesday afternoon, Upper Sixth students were treated to a fascinating talk and workshop from Bradley Busch, psychologist and director at Inner Drive on ‘delivering your best when it matters most’.
InnerDrive is a mindset coaching company working in education, business and alongside a number of elite sport clients, including Premiership footballers, international footballers and GB athletes. Specialising in realising the potential behind Growth Mindset, Metacognition and stress management strategies, Bradley shared the seven key habits for success with students. The philosophy behind the workshops is that there is no guarantee of success, but by living your life by these habits you put yourself in the best possible position to succeed – from managing your mobile phone time to getting a good night’s sleep.
The students thoroughly enjoyed the interactive session and came away with some useful learning habits for success.
