News Sixth Form Social Impact Committee Talk 25.02.2021

Just before half-term, members of the Sixth Form Social Impact Committee led a discussion on the purpose of charities with Year 8 form groups.

Committee members were keen to stress the aims of the SIC: to create partnerships with local organisations, to educate ourselves by learning about their needs, and communicating their aims to the rest of the school community.

The Sixth Formers were impressed with how engaged the Year 8 students were and are hoping that they count on them to assist in their future fundraising endeavours.
