News Schools’ Head of the River Race 2024 21.03.2024

On Wednesday, three Godolphin and Latymer rowing crews competed at the Schools’ Head of the River Race.

Our 1st VIII had a stunning race in their category, winning their event, and setting a course record time of 18:44.7. This is the third time we have won at the prestigious Schools’ Head, with the J16 coxed four in 2016 and 1st coxed four in 2017, but the first time we have broken the course record. Our 2nd VIII had a storming row in their category, finishing sixth, and the J16 VIII put in a fine performance to finish second.
