News Old Dolphins run Model United Nations training session 15.06.2022

We welcomed back Old Dolphins Ailbhe and Grace, currently studying History and Classics at Durham and History and German at Oxford, to Godolphin this week to run a training session for the Model United Nations society.

In their time at Godolphin, both Ailbhe and Grace were very involved in Model United Nations and so were able to share their expertise, giving top tips for the upcoming MUN conference at St Paul’s and helping current students write resolutions. They also shared how they had benefitted from MUN whilst at Godolphin, explaining that it had developed their confidence as well as their networking and public speaking skills which they felt had helped them settle into university. Ailbhe and Grace also had lunch with Lower Sixth students applying to study History at university, giving advice on applications and speaking about their experiences of studying History so far.
