News It Happens Talk for Upper Sixth 09.02.2023

On Tuesday 7 February, Saskia Doujo from It Happens delivered a session on relationships to our Upper Sixth as part of our PSHE pastoral programme. 

It Happens are a team of Relationships, Sex and Health Education (RSHE) specialists who don’t just say “no”, they say “it happens…let’s talk about it’. The session covered the topics of new relationships, including positive and healthy relationships and how to spot an unhealthy relationship. Saskia delivered an open and honest session about society and sexuality, victim blaming narratives, and reporting and accessing support. The session helped to provide our students with the knowledge and confidence to make informed choices in regards to relationships.
