News Employability and CV Writing Workshops with Morgan Stanley 05.12.2019

Years 10 and 11 were fortunate enough to have representatives from Morgan Stanley in school this week for a series of CV writing workshops and tips on developing their personal brands.

On Tuesday they spoke to Year 11 about how to write a good CV, with plenty of advice and tips on how to stand out to potential employers.  In this talk they likened a CV to a ‘selfie’ – a snapshot of yourself that aims to present yourself positively and effectively. On Wednesday Year 10 took part in employability workshops and were encouraged to think about the words they would use to create their personal brands.

The girls came up with some positive responses and impressed the Morgan Stanley representatives with their ‘spark and enthusiasm’.
