News Autumn Term Hockey Round-up 01.12.2022

We have seen a host of Hockey successes this term, with girls of all ages competing in a number of league and cup matches.

The indoor season for the U16 and U18 got off to a flying start last Friday with both teams finishing top in the London preliminaries. They will now play in the London finals this weekend and we wish them all the best.

On the astro, the first XI went into this week having played three games in their England Hockey Tier 1 league and remaining unbeaten after a fantastic performance against Kingston Grammar saw them earn a well-deserved draw. On Thursday this week they took on Ipswich School and, despite a very close match, managed to keep up their unbeaten streak winning 4-3 with two goals from Emmie and a goal a piece for Orla and Sophia. In the meantime the U15s have reached the third round of the ISHC Plate competition after a thrilling win on Shuffles against Streatham and Clapham High School.
