News Anti-Bullying Week 2023 16.11.2023

This week, the school community came together to show we are united against bullying for Anti-Bullying Week.

On Tuesday the whole school gathered for an assembly from the Head Girls Team. In keeping with this year’s theme of ‘Making a Noise About Bullying’, they discussed the importance of being an upstander rather than a bystander in tackling bullying, how to combat online devaluing behaviour, and made a schoolwide pledge to always make Godolphin an environment rooted in kindness and respect. Their assembly set the tone for a week dedicated to raising awareness and promoting empathy among students.

The theme for the week resonated throughout the school as students and staff helped to amplify the message by wearing stickers displaying the official Anti-Bullying Week logo, symbolising their collective commitment to making a noise against bullying.

As Anti-Bullying Week concludes, we remain dedicated to nurturing a culture of empathy and understanding, ensuring that every student feels valued and supported.
