Fees Termly Costs

All fees are charged termly in advance and from 1 September 2024 are as follows:

Autumn Term 2024: £9,218.00
Spring Term 2025: £9,355.00 exclusive of VAT
Summer Term 2025: £9,355.00 exclusive of VAT

The tuition fee includes textbooks, stationery, public examination fees and day visits out of school for whole year groups, 7 – 9 inclusive. No reduction is made in the case of absence from school, but the school does offer a School Fees Insurance Scheme which provides parents with cover against the loss of fees in the case of injury or illness. Personal Accident Insurance is included in school fees and no further charge is made. AXA PPP medical insurance is available for an additional cost and further details can be obtained from the Bursar.

For girls entering the school, a deposit of £2,500 is required on acceptance of a place. £500 of this is held by the school to defray the cost of lost text books, iPads etc. and the balance is refunded at the end of the girl’s career in the school. The remaining £2,000 is refunded against the final term’s bill. School fees are collected by direct debit on the first day of each term.

Music Lessons: £385.00 per term
Musical Instrument Hire: £50.00 per term
Speech and Drama Lessons: £150.00 per term
Lunch: £6.50 per day

Whilst the Governors try to keep the school fees as low as possible, they do reserve the right to increase them. Parents will be advised in writing of any such increases at least a term ahead of the increase taking effect.

A penalty charge is made for the late payment of school fees. Further details are available in the school’s Terms and Conditions document. The charges will be added to the forthcoming term’s bill.

Parents are asked to give a full term’s notice in writing to the Bursar if lunches or extra subjects are to be discontinued.
