News Middlesex Netball Triumphs for U16, U14 and U12 Teams 07.03.2025

It was a week of outstanding performances for our netball teams at the Middlesex Championships, with the U16 team crowned champions and both the U12 and U13 teams delivering remarkable results.

U16s Crowned Middlesex Champions

Congratulations to our U16 Middlesex champions! The team displayed a fantastic collective effort, showcasing exceptional netball skills. The defensive unit made crucial interceptions, stepping up when it mattered most. Our attackers executed excellent centre passes and maintained a strong setup throughout the game, consistently delivering the ball to goal. The shooters demonstrated impressive movement, confidence, and determination, securing rebounds and taking their opportunities with precision. What a way to wrap up the season!

U12s Finish Runners-Up

Well done to our U12 team who finished runners-up in the Middlesex Finals! The girls played fantastic netball throughout the day, earning their place in the final with just one loss. Their incredible determination was on full display as they fought hard until the final whistle, narrowing the gap in the final minutes. Although they were unlucky this time, the experience will undoubtedly fuel their drive to come back even stronger next year.

U13A Shine in Last Tournament

The U13A team enjoyed a brilliant day at the Middlesex Tournament, marking their final competition of the season. Despite missing some key players, every girl stepped up with great spirit and determination. The team started strong, winning all four of their pool matches to finish top of their group. They carried their momentum into the quarterfinals and secured a narrow victory over Latymer Upper by just one point in the semifinals. In a hard-fought final against St Paul’s, the girls gave it their all but narrowly lost by two points. Anais was awarded Player of the Tournament for her outstanding performances throughout the day.

A huge well done to all our players for their dedication, teamwork, and exceptional performances – the future of our netball teams is looking very bright!
