News Art and Design students explore identity at the British Museum 07.10.2022

On Thursday, Year 10 Art and Design students spent the day at the British Museum as part of their exploration of ‘Identity’.

They travelled around 3000 years of human expression across all the continents, considering the different ways environment, historical events and culture shape our identity. This was a valuable opportunity for the students to examine different ways of portraying the human figure, as well as reflecting critically on the artefacts’ relationships to identity, and their presence in the museum.
