News German Cultural Exchange 03.10.2022

Last week we celebrated the arrival of our German exchange partners, both teachers and students, from the Gelehrtenschule des Johanneums in Hamburg. The programme began over 70 years ago between the German school and Latymer Upper School and it is now the 44th year that Godolphin students have been involved and we value very highly the friendship and educational opportunities it offers. After the interruption caused by the pandemic, it is very good to get back together again and our visitors have been enjoying sharing lessons and visiting the sights of London including the Tower of London, Hampton Court, Greenwich, and Sir John Soames House. Many thanks to the Godolphin families who have extended such warmth and hospitality by hosting the Hamburg students in their homes.
