News Senior House Music Festival 18.10.2019

Thursday evening saw the Grand Final of the Senior House Music Festival that featured solo and ensemble pieces from Godolphin musicians from across the school.

Preliminary rounds (featuring more than 60 students) were held during the day and three performances from each category were selected to proceed to the final in the Bishop Centre. Mr Tony Henwood, Director of Music at Latymer Upper School, provided wise and witty feedback on all the performances at the end of the event before announcing the winners, many of whom gave a repeat performance in Friday’s whole school assembly.

The standard of performance was excellent and the concert was a great advert for music at Godolphin. Congratulations to all the participants for making it such an enjoyable evening.
